Sleep ConsultantZZZ™ provides fee-based sleep education and services to individuals and businesses. The company’s workplace seminars and sleep-themed employee programs are designed to impact performance, productivity and health.

We will meet with you (in person or by phone) to discuss your sleep challenges. We are NOT medical personnel and we DO NOT diagnose or prescribe. However, we do have doctors, nurses and other medical professionals available to assist you, or we will be happy to make a referral for you.

Sleep ConsultantZZZ™ uses behavioral and environmental tools to create a unique Sleep Plan for each person.
